General Conditions

All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Oceans of Goodness.

Security

When you place an order on the Oceans of Goodness web site your card details are encrypted and transmitted via a secure server. Therefore your details will never be seen by anyone other than our payment provider, we are simply informed by your bank that the payment has been authorised.

Payment

Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card. In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Oceans of Goodness shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

Delivery Charges and Methods

Oceans of Goodness use various delivery methods depending on delivery location and order value. Click here to see more details of our Delivery Methods and Charges. Please note that for UK deliveries most despatches are made via Royal Mail. Although 1st class should arrive next day and 2nd class within 3-4 days, sometimes they make take longer. The Royal Mail does not entertain claims for non-delivery until after 14 days have passed from the date of posting. Therefore, we too, do not acknowledge non-delivery until 14 days after the date of despatch.

Cancellation of Order

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Oceans of Goodness, The White House, Mutton Hall Hill, Heathfield, East Sussex, TN21 8NB, United Kingdom. in their original packing and in their original condition.

Oceans of Goodness will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.

Please note: If the order is returned where Oceans of Goodness is not at fault, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to deduct either the delivery charge, or where delivery is free, the cost of the delivery to you, from the refunded amount.

Non Delivery

Oceans of Goodness regret that we are unable to send replacement orders that are reported as not received where: 1. An instruction is left to leave the parcel somewhere, or 2. An incorrect or incomplete address is supplied by the customer.

Loyalty Membership

Oceans of Goodness reserve the right to discontinue Loyalty Membership, or change its terms, at any time, without prior notification.

Privacy Policy : Use Of Personal Information

The information we receive is used by us to measure the effectiveness of our website and to help plan improvements to our services. We will not pass on any of your personal details to other parties or companies except where necessary to process your order or payment.
