Dry grind, soak in water, or just chew! These dried pieces of Seagreens® wild Pelvetia canaliculata can be milled in a table grinder or soaked in cold water for use as salad, garnish or warm vegetable.

Interesting extra

I love to put this on top of chicken, after lemon juice and olive oil, and then roast it. I also like it with baked beans, in gravy, in fact any opportunity to use it. I find this product less salty than the culinary ingredient, perhaps because this is not milled?
